Mar’Que Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.

We take full responsibility for your products while they are in our care. However, the shipping courier assumes full responsibility once your package has been dispatched, and we do not control the delivery methods.

If you do not purchase shipping protection, any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be reported directly to the carrier.

International Shipping:
